YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia, known as BeerBiceps, is in trouble for saying something inappropriate on Samay Raina’s show, India’s Got Latent. He apologized, but the controversy is still growing. Singer B Praak would be on Ranveer’s podcast, but he canceled because he thought Ranveer’s comment was “pathetic”.
After people got upset, B Praak posted a video on Instagram saying he would be on BeerBiceps’ podcast, but he canceled because he didn’t like Ranveer’s words and ideas on Samay Raina’s show. He felt Ranveer’s thinking was “pathetic”.
He continued, emphasizing that such behavior is not part of Indian culture, and questioned why Ranveer was sharing stories and talking about other people’s parents. Praak questioned whether giving abuse is comedy and that he could not understand this generation.

B Praak also criticized Ranveer Allahbadia for promoting Sanatan Dharma and hosting respected figures on his podcast while allegedly harboring “shoddy” views. He questioned how someone who promotes Sanatan Dharma and hosts influential people can still have such a terrible mindset. Expressing worry for the future generation and the impact of such content, B Praak urged content creators to act responsibly and avoid promoting such discussions.
Amidst the controversy, an old video of comedian Tanmay Bhat has resurfaced. In the clip, Bhat challenges Ranveer’s claims of spiritual detachment, labeling him a “views-obsessed capitalist.” While Ranveer maintains he is detached from outcomes and only focuses on content creation, Tanmay refuted by saying that no one is more views obsessed than him. Tanmay accused Ranveer of being a liar, pointing out how he launched a new business every week while talking about spirituality.
The controversy started when Ranveer, as a guest judge on India’s Got Latent, posed an inappropriate question to a contestant about choosing to watch his parents have sex every day or joining in once to stop it forever. This remark triggered outrage among viewers, who questioned his “pure” image. The backlash intensified when politicians, including Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, promised to take action.
