Osamu Suzuki, the former chairman of Suzuki Motor Corporation, has passed away at the age of 94 due to malignant lymphoma. His son, Toshiro Suzuki, who is currently the president and CEO of the company, confirmed the news. Osamu Suzuki played a crucial role in the company’s expansion, serving as chairman for an impressive 43 years from 1978 until 2021. Even after retiring at 91, he continued to offer his guidance as a senior advisor, leaving a significant mark on the global automotive industry.
