IRCTC Launches Bharat Gaurav Train with Special Discount
Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited (IRCTC) has introduced the Bharat Gaurav Train to boost rail tourism.
As part of this initiative, passengers can enjoy a 33% discount on travel costs, making the journey more affordable and accessible.
Bharat Gaurav Train to Begin Journey on March 27, 2025
The Bharat Gaurav Train will start its journey on March 27, 2025, departing from Bettiah station under the Samastipur Railway Division.
Passengers can board the train from several key stations, including Sugauli, Raxaul, Bairginia, Sitamarhi, Darbhanga, Samastipur, Muzaffarpur, Hajipur, Pataliputra, Ara, Buxar, and Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay Junction.

Bharat Gaurav Train: A Spiritual Journey at an Affordable Price
The Bharat Gaurav Train, launched under IRCTC’s ‘Dekho Apna Desh’ scheme, aims to provide an affordable and comfortable pilgrimage experience while promoting rail tourism. This special train service will take passengers to some of South India’s most sacred religious sites.

A Divine Journey at an Affordable Price
The journey will begin on March 27, 2025, from Bettiah station and conclude on April 7, 2025, at Samastipur railway station. The train will stop at key stations, allowing pilgrims to visit:
✅ Tirupati – Shri Balaji Darshan
✅ Rameswaram – Shri Ramanathaswamy Temple
✅ Madurai – Meenakshi Amman Temple
✅ Kanyakumari – Kanyakumari Temple & Vivekananda Rock
✅ Srisailam – Mallikarjuna Jyotirlinga

🚉 Economy Class (Sleeper): ₹22,520 per person
🚉 Comfort Class (3 AC): ₹38,310 per person
